Capacities?

Ive tried searching on here as im sure it must've been asked before but what are the capacities for:

1. The cooling system-once header tank and radiator has been fully flushed, &

2. The oil sump with filter on?

According to my trusty Haynes :)

1. 5.5 litre ( 9.7 imp pt )

2. engine oil 3.7 litre ( 6.5 imp pt )
filter 0.25 litre ( 0.4 imp pt )
