View Full Version : GT28R Adaptors
Anyone have any ideas on anywhere in the UK that stocks the nissan GT28R bolt on style inlet/outlet flanges?
Have spoke to Adam L but he said he doesn't sell them and there hard to come by in the UK, just trying on the off chance someone knows somewhere that might.
Cheers
Steve
You can have a look on the Nissan owners clubs, they use them as standard and there's quite a few cars being stripped for parts nowadays. I do actually have a spare set but i've kept them as I know i'll use them.
If you do get them from te States, i'd make a good guess that you wouldn't pay any import tax, or if you do, it'd be extremely minimul.
Put it this way, I bought two bulk items for my new engine, one was $900 and I paid £59 duty on that, they next was just over $500 and I paid £29. I've also bought half a dozen other parts from the U.S and Japan, one being a £700 ecu, and paid duty on none of them. Overseas companys are clued up on how the UK public get stitched up so they never mark the parcels with actual goods value from the outside.
Cheers Adam, had a look on ATP but it's flashing up with a $95 delivery!
GT3Turbo are alleged to sell them so i've emailed them to see what they've got.
Think it would be more worthwhile to order a few things from the states at the same time.
If you email atp they will stick the ataptor in the regular post for you. I ordered a couple that way with some gaskets and other odds and ends.
This site do. I've ordered stuff off Grant the owner before with no probs.
