Why is it good news for British motor sport? Silverstone is dull as ditch water, boring to watch on TV, even more boring to watch when your there. Stupidly expensive and hard to get into/out of in less than 379 hours!!
Donny would have made a much, much better venue imo

I suppose its good in the sense we have Silverstone rather than no Grand Prix full stop.

hey hey stu silverstone has hosted some great races back in the day, not of late tho cause they are all scared of getting banned if they touch anyone :)

Silverstone is exactly 379 times easier/quicker to get into/out of than Donington on a busy day :cry:

I'd love to have seen F1 back at Donington though. I just hope that the place/track survives, as it's one of my favourite circuits.

Have to agree ...Donny is a feckin nightmare to get in and out of .They are widening the M1 up here though so that might have made it a tad easier .
I'd like to see F1 at Cadwell next year :laugh:

great news for the british f1 gp, im sure the drivers will be happy 2. does any one know when tickets go on sale? is anyone interested in going?
