Just a bit of info here..
I used a product called qbond to stick a section of lower light trim together, the stuff comes as a superglue style bottled glue and a powder, you put the glue on a product and sprinkle the power on (if you are filling a hole you can tape up the underside, drop the glue on it and then the powder, and actually sand the powder down afterwards. When the powder hits the glue it immediately goes off.
This stuff is strong, honestly its pretty crazy, Best £10 you can spend.
