Just fitted the new wheels (with Toyo 888's) on the T2 Today:rolleyes: they have been sat in the garage for the last two years. A bit lighter then the Minilites which they have replaced, What do you reckon, a improvment??

Think the fact they are white suits better :agree:
Mind the rears look a bit tight ?

It needed a bit taking off the lip on the rear arch:eek:

Cheers for the :agree: comments:) New rear (at least) mud flaps will be needed:rolleyes: they look a bit daft with the back wheels/tires sticking out further then the flaps:sad2: Stick with red? or maybe go for a full set of black or :confused:

Strange one. I LOVE the Maxi style wheels, and I LOVE your car. However, I think it looks a bit muddled. It's a TDC look-a-like car, with Maxi wheels :scared:

And to top it all off - I HATE Minilites, but they suit that car :laugh:

Point taken Bill:) My thoughts were exactly that, Stick with the Minilites/TDC to be authentic or go for the new Maxi wheels for looks:agree:

Looks so much better with the Speedlines.

Minilites on a T2 is like XR3 cloverleafs on an RS200 :disagree:

Not quite. The Minilites are the same style as the OE wheels on the TDC. They are bl00dy horrible though :laugh:

Suppose i could stick the minilites in the garage & have best of both worlds:rolleyes: saying that i was hoping to sell em to raise some funds:coffee:

That's an awesome et on those wheels. I thought mine looked good with a hefty dish. Mind you, mine poke out of the arch aswell, which is going to add a problem when I lower the car even more.

i think the white wheels do make the car look alot better...even if they are the 'wrong' wheels.

you could do with lowering the front a touch too... ;)

I'm clearly already totally out voted here but i do think the minilites look better on the car, but I'm green with envy whatever the wheels, lovely

That's absolutely brilliant. I know the Minilite's are correct but I love the Maxi Speedlines. Great change. Makes the car look very agressive. :cool:
