there has been a new section added to the files section in the top BLUE menu band ..

we will be adding dialogys pictures to each section for each car....
they will be sub-divided into Body and fittings,Electrical,Suspension and Steering,Brakes,Engine,Transmission

I have today loaded up the Bodywork Section.......
could do with someone/s opinion on if its working, I have manually entered descriptions to try and help with locating the picture required....

all feedback good or bad appreciated before I start the big upload and break Derbys broadband connection ..LOL

Great work, had to copy and paste link for it to work.

All which is needed is part numbers :)

see if you can find it by using the FILES section in the blue band at the top of this page...under the banner

:ashamed: should have done that. Miles better than just the one I was looking at. Easy to search through :D

Still need part numbers though :) maybe once all pitures are up a word doc for each section with the part number :) or somebody else with dialogys could do that. Or even send me a CD with it on and ill give it a go :)

Shame the pictures don't have the directory path (e.g "42 Front internal units/inner wing panels" for http://www.rtoc.org/files/Renault%20Diaolgy/Renault%205/Bodywork%20and%20Fittings/00011897_1.png) otherwise I'd have supplied a parts list I've made for myself.

word doc should be possible..so i'll cancel my next 3 years of holidays,,,ROFPMSL,sorry, only joking...

part numbers are difficult as phase 1 and 2 5's are different as well as model changes...

sounds daft but its easier and safer to part number it as we go....prices change to often too..

I will start on the others as and when i can :agree:

Maybe when a thread gets created the word doc can be updated so its all in one place. Maybe split it up in sections like you have done with the pictures. Then gradually when people ask the part numbers they will only ask it once.

As for part numbers do you know if the renault 5 carpets are still available from renault?

it would be......... but, our stupid windows server insits on having a 2mb upload limit even though I've specified EVERYWHERE in the multiple of config files to allow 3mb. Lee, try zipping it up, if it drops under 2mb you should be OK :)

just goota say one more thing

please be carfull going into any parts place armed with part numbers
if a part has to be ordered in on special order you a legaly bound to pay for the part

i always just provide all details of the car that i need the part for . i neaver walk into any parts place with a part number unless i know the part number is absolutly correct for the part i need. always and when ever poss let the parts person make the disition on the part number . cos if its wrong it there fault, and the part can be returned

I've put up the engine repair manual. Mods feel free to remove if it violates any copyright, etc as I didn't intend to intentionally break any rules, just help out. :agree:
