hi could anyone tell me what bar the standard fuel pump should be and what bar is needed to run 200 bhp? i have a pump on the car but cant tell if its uprated is there anyway to tell?will 3 bar be good for 200 bhp?

You want what the tuners call an uprated pump which in reality is a phase one pump. The phase two pump has some sort of rubber crap round it, post up the bosch part number im sure someone will be able to check for you. I would but my cars are 10 miles down the road and I want to go out and get ****-faced:)
