coilovers spring rates.

Does anyone have any info or experience with tender springs on the 5? Just wondering if its worth looking in to. I know theres quite a few calculations to be made. a headstart from someones experience would be nice. coilovers with bucket seats end up being quite a firm ride for road use, wondering if tender springs would help with the many many potholes?

I think once you get a main spring of the right rate and length to avoid going bound you'll find that you don't have enough space left for a second spring.
