quick quest bout boost spikes

k.. im running a t28 turb... actuator is plumbed straight into carb base... Hits 15 then drops to 13 ... so 2psi spike. Is this normal??

Which actuator do you have? It could be the sign of it dying or you may just need a higher pressure spring.

My T2 actuator will hold 1 bar without any spiking but it doesnt really like much more then that :)

-31 (i think.. cos i remember it sayin that before i got it rebuilt... then they apparently sprayed my actuator.. n i only can see somthing that ressembles -30 on it :scared:)

Can anyone tell me what the best preload setting if im putting my incar boost back pls.... (at the moment the actuator is hooked up straight to carb base... hitting 15psi then dropping to around 13..)
