rockers???

hi ive just had a thought about my cars problems, its been over fueling for a while now and rebuilt carb set idle and mixture. the engine was fully rebuilt 6 months ago.i tested compression last week and there was no psi, then tried using a new battery and full open thottle and its at 25psi. could it be that the rockers have bedded in and are hard on so the valves wont be fully shut causing it to foul the plugs and bd compression? any one any ideas before i whip the rocker off????

if there badly adjusted u cud be holding open a valve or two yes

but if its bin running b 4 then i doubt this would be the case mate

but still wrth a check
