quality
Far too many to choose from, but some classics (several from the jungle era) worthy of a mention...
London steppers - Thru the vibe.
Omni trio - Renegade snares.
Origin unknown (aka Andy C) - Valley of the shadows.
DJ SS - Black.
DJ SS - Wolf.
Dillinja - Grimey.
Hype - Peace, love & unity.
Leviticus - Burial (great bassline).
Terrorist - The chopper (shy fx remix) (ditto).

Ram records have always produced the goods. I would put a lot of tunes that came from the label as all time greats.

i can share lol
My love affair with D&B started in 1991, the scene with noticeable anthems was in 1993
Valley of the Shadows, 31 seconds
Renegade Snares, Moving Shadow
Lord of the null lines, Moving Shadow
Essence of Aura
There,s plenty more that i've forgotten
1998 gets dark and grimey, it's gotta be tunes from the Renegade Hardware label that did it for me
renegade snares...:agree:
have to agree, not my cup of tea, closest to this i like are tracks on sb like far out

Used to got to a real dirty club called the Manor just out side Ringwood in Hampshire and because it was so dirty and underground you would all ways get the best dj's and mc 's. Fourth birthday special edition rinse out at Destiny was inmense Hype, Nicky B, Andy C, Skibba, Det etc all in the same club at the same time and being the manor :smokin: on all night even with the door staff having a chuff

Awesome to see the love for d n b!!! My god rtoc's got some owd school ravers in it!!:agree: I ain't touched my vinyls or been to a rave in many years now but still love to hear the new d n b comin through and no matter what, d n b always still manages to put a smile on my face:D
A major time/tune thats stuck with me from 98 or 99 was at skelter decadance and grooveriders intro second tune droppin Bad company 'Pulse' which became a tune in about every dj's set all night for the next god knows how many years, and that rave was awesome! Last of the proper sanctuary rollers skelters! Used to love grooveriders skelter sets from the nineties when he'd do and awesome mix with my fave tune of all time Roni size 'Trust me' every set! He was the nuts, the beginning of the new school back then! Big up 'The one', 'Titan', 'The nine', Andy c, Hype, Shabba, Skibba, fearless and GQ... oh and RIP Stevie Hyper D!!:) I wana get my decks rigged up again!

ravedome middlesex mooondance 97 newyears eve 12 hours:wasntme:
bagleys film studios slamin vynil man those were the days
dreamscape and many more:)
still got loads of tapes nockin around
I started partyin in 1990 (old I know).
For me New Years Eve 1991-1992 was the best. The last set of the night was awsome (Top Buzz). A couple of the Local Universe Night's (Tribal Gathering, Mind Body and Soul) also stick in my mind (well parts of the night's). It started getting exspensive after the mid 90's (due to more cutting) and my last RAVE was Energy 98. Just about recovered now!
i have mix tape, i think from that night. - Ratty/Ramjack one. - its pretty good!
im hoping to go to raindance 20th birthday in a couple of weeks time.
i think the last time i went somewhere was se1 at the begining of the year.
woop woop.
none of my mates really like it so i will be going with my bird and 2 of her mates.

Man them were the days..... glad i got it outa my system when i did!! God some of you chaps really have been owd school ravers:eek::eek: 91, 92, 93!!!!!! Wicked vid in the other post..... 98-02 and i couldn't take much more after that!!! Still love the music though and is still in my opinion the best music to mix:)

some great tunes here.
as its obvious so many on here like dnb, whats the chances of getting a DJ at nat day banging loads out?
or at least a few cds being played out across the park?
i dont have a stereo in my car
It's been talked about many a time, it's something i'd like to get organised for this years National Day. Was looking into hiring a set of decks, mixer and a couple of speakers so we can play some old skool toonage 1 evening
The unmistakeable sound of the DJ Krust, man when this was getting mixed in, the whole crowd would start bubbling as it builds up to the B-line
