Tricky dude, that was one crazy moment. Im sooooo glad i kept my foot in and didn't come back the other way on t-cup. How the feck did you get through there? at 1min 27 on pause it looks like we've hit. That barrier got too close for my liking, then appeared t-cup!

im still looking at that vid at 1min 28 on pause and wandering how in the name of physics that front end came around without making contact with the arnco :confused:

I can't believe how close that was, and Tricky didn't tell me about it when he got out the car. I think I found out when you came and apologised to me Stu :laugh:

judging by the tyre marks (and they may not have been mine) when i had a walk and a look this morning i recon closest i got to the arnco was probably 2 foot, Tricky was a bit near to me than that when he went passed however :D

excellent stuff, i did notice when i passed that corner there were more and more lines appearing across the grass throughout the day but thought nothing more of it.
i really thought it would be gerrards what would make people crash but i only saw 2 spins there and no contact. quite alot of spins at the hairpin too.

I was standing next to the camera guy when it all happened.....
that was the laws of physics taking on your car, Tricky.....had to shake your hand after that one.......

i think bruce went there first, blow out, then a tungy grey went backwards into the barrier later in the morn, then i saw 2 run wide in the afternoon.
It was the first time id got some good pull out of the hairpin, i saw t-cup behind me so stayed wider than i had done on devils elbow, coming from out wide is not a good line on that corner if your flat in 3rd!

it gets difficult to keep with your lines when there are others around i agree. i killed my front right tyre because i kept slipping the clutch and smoking my tyres out of the hairpin so i could be in 4th through that section otherwise i was bouncing off the limiter mid corner in 3rd and kept changing gear mid corner so i soon had to change up earlyer which is awkward when running a big turbo.
That was a damn fine bit of driving there, I don't think comes any closer than that

at 1.27 thats me and me mate walking along the barrier which i was filming it we thought theyd hit but from where we were satnding there was about an inch of room
that could of been two R5's finished, just seems so close, not to have hit each other!!
