re circulating dumpvalve

hi i have bought a gt tuning recirculating dumpvalve does the re circulation pipe coming off the side of the dv go into the telephone hose? also the dv doesnt seem to be making any noise when driving the car, any ideas?the two pipes coming off the turbo are getting full of oil is this a breathing problem? would cup the mod cure it? appreciate any ideas thanks

2. Its not suppose to?, its recirculating the boost instead of dumping it
3. Probably not, but its worth cleaning it out to make sure
4. I doubt it

thanks for the reply mate i just dont know much about recirc dumpvalves but ill give it a good cleaning. just wanted to make sure i had plumbed it in right in the telephone hose
