View Full Version : renault 5 ignition barrell wiring information needed

Hi guys we sent a ignition barrell for a r5 turbo off to be repaired but in order for us to remove it we had to take apart the black electrical connector that attached in the back of the barrell due to the wiring being cut and shut so short the barrel couldnt be removed.

We now have the barrell back but we believe we are missing the part that makes the contacts with the switches inside the black connector does anyone have a picture of what it should look like or know what actually makes the contact with the wires in the black connector on the ignition wiring?

Maybe buying a replacement would be easier?

yes i know but we are just trying to find a replacement part to get the car sorted today but looks like il order one on special delivery for tomorrow not had much luck with this car, also the wiring under the dash is a major mess live wires cut and touching the steering column
