clio rear beams

i have a friend with a clio who wants his rear beam lowering. Ive offered to do the job for him however im just wondering are these the same as the r5's and also what size bolts/nut/spacer would be ideal as i might get these ordered in high tensile as my r5 was a real bugger to get the beams to move and resulted in a sledge hammer.

Yeah same design as the 5 mate so same way to lower it

Only tool i use to do the job is my slide hammer, best way:D

hehe, i presume your simply weld a 10mm bolt onto your slide hammer ? and bang bang bang the thing out ?

Yeah i got a high tensile threaded adaptor for mine, few knocks and out it comes
