Think I may go silver, with gloss grey sprayed inside for the race car....
Or electric blue, with gloss grey interior.....

If it's for the cup car replica, then bare in mind that the coupe's weren't available in Metallic colours. Only red, black, or white (non pearl). A metallic cup car would look wrong imo.

Thanks.
Yeah, I know what you mean. Although a few where painted metalic silver... the Harlow Motorsport team where all mainly silver (the inside and out shell) with blue bits. They where the best looking ones out there I think. Will post a picture later.

Do you know what white it was? It was a off-white wasnt it....?

I forgot about the Harlow cars, they did look very nice

Surely they were resprayed though, as a fair few of the coupes were? As far as I'm aware, only the three colours that I mentioned above were available to order from Renault.

I've no idea what white it was I'm afraid. Mine's an off-white, but it was originally a red shell.

Talking of the Harlow cars, why don't you replicate one of those? You could even re-create Mark Fish's one. Without the dents of course ;)

Im not sure if they where painted. The ones I remember where silver inside, but could (would) have been reshelled at some point.
Would consider doing a replica, but Iamsure he would rather not replicate another teams car, even if it did have his name on :)

Heres a picture I found today, will put some more up on another thread....

It is possible to respray the inside. It's not too much work on a car with an already stripped interior as well :D

Nice pic, I haven't seen that one before. I'm guessing it was taken at Thruxton in 1990 ;)

we had a coupe that was in silver didn't get use in motorsport and was sold as a road car with full interior, different fuel set up, coupe badge and five cup wheel brand new in the box.
the interior was phase 1 seat's with red piping that i have never that before?
