Change the relay by the AEI, check you have power going to the AEI. Also make sure your TDC lead is correct and not melted / broken etc

did it drive there ok? has it been parked up inside or outside the garage? have you got a spark from the main king lead?

check dizzy and rotor arm check the HT leads with spark plug in against the block to see if you have spark then trace back to AEI relay and check voltages at the AEI....

Also worth checking all the fuses too

have you checked the spark from the kinglead as suggested above?

If so and no joy, next step would be to check the TDC sensor & lead.

If the fuel pump isn't running either, check/swap the tdc sensor lead.

The fuel pump is working fine. How do I check the TDC is working?

I had this same problem..

mine turned out i was getting power to the aei on a multimeter however i wasnt getting enough, i ended up taking two wires and tapping into the aei feed with a couple of block connectors, i then hooked up the wires direct to the battery, the car started straight up , no problems ever again :S it was like it just needed a bit of extra juice to power up the aei , even though the battery was fine etc.
