how to remove the crank pulley ( the one that have the water pump and alternator connected) with the engine in place ?

The simple way is to stick a metal bar in through the TDC hole in the gearbox to lock the flywheel then get a 19mm spanner on the pulley bolt, just remember to torque it back up proper aftwards, you don't want it spinning loose while giving it death

i just use an impact gun to undo, and re-tighten after
