removed the ARB from my renault 9 the other day and noticed
something i have not seen before :?

any ideas what the clamp in the middle is for ???

as far as i know that just fine tunes it..as in makes it slightly stiffer!

does not make sense though :scratch:
if you want to make a stiffer bar ,you make the whole bar thicker .
on the other hand none of clio 16v or 19 16v s have this bracket either .

do they exist on the 5gtt ?

it's there to stiffen the bar by reducing the amount it can twist, and maybe also to dampen it against noise or vibration.

bar is round , how can any clamp stop it from twisting ?? :scratch:
