might be a daft question but one that needs to be asked.
would the R5 gt exhaust mnifold fit with work on a F7R head?
or is it just to small?
perhaps the exhaust to head flange could be cut and individual ends welded on to fit? if it was to small.

whats the thoughts?

Just buy a turbo manifold from BB Tuning or whatever they are calling themselves these days.

I maybe wrong but is the turbo manifold not a volvo one? S or V series? as i say i could be totally wrong?
