Clutch pedal Problem

Now...say i've just started the car in the morning and go to drive off...every time i depress the clutch i get a perfect biting point for around 5 minutes or so.

After that and say i'm traveling through the gears on B roads etc, everytime i change down or up i have no hard nice biting point although it still lets me change gear with no cruntch etc...when i come to a rest ie: traffic lights the biting point comes back to normal.?

Genuine ren cable
Volvo clutch
Slotted flywheel
No lazy volvo fork just oe

I was thinking it may well be the ratchet but im not 100% sure

mine started doing this in april.... i've now just changed the clutch after the centreplate springs broke up

Could be the clutch cover plate becoming worn when we had it out last time it looked ok but could be just old, might be worth changing it when you take the engine out soon.
