Start of another adventure after B-cup and Tubby. Still need to arrange to pick it up (might need help with this) etc.

Question is....what to call it

Plus points-

Can hopefully renew the MSA log book easily and use it for sprints and rallies. Fits the bill spot on.

Neg- I've bought it. It will burst into flames round about now.

Penfold- was v.tempted by your cup car, was a toss up between the 2.

Can't wait to get it over here :) Still get excited at buying cars even tho I'm as old as :mart:

Buying a new shell is easy, just pop into your local renault parts department and order one.

Building the time machine to transport you back to when they were available is more of a problem.

Sounds like this could be fun. Spoke with the owner

Was owned by a company in London who had it built specifically to run on the RAC rally. It got rolled on the rally and new shell was eventually located via Renault. Had a complete rebuild at which point company got into difficulties and sold it to the current owner.

Gave me loads of info on it, only needs the brake servo reconnecting and its then pretty much ready to go (I know it won't be that straight forward!)

Sounds a booby dazler :)
