I noticed that when taking my foot of the accelerator that the car would almost stall. :(

I took the carb off and between the two gaskets there is a thick plastic gasket which has split, (only slightly) but i guess that causing it to stall.

Is there anything i can do temp before i leave for Germany this afternoon?

Cheers

Tom,
It would be causing an air leak so yeah could be causing the stalling.

Your a star James!! :yeah:

Your welcome matey, when I put these on my cars, I normally put a thin layer of sealant between each layer aswell, but not on the top one where the carb sits but between the others and the inlet manifold surface.

See my 2 sec dogey MS paint drawing attached.

It will be in a brown envelope matey. Have a good weekend matey
