hi guys
im woody ive got a 1990 tungy r5 turbo,its had a few mods in the past but now im putting my mark on it,ive been a vw man for the past 10 years or so,having mk1,mk2.mk3.mk4 golfs inc golf g60 rallyes and g60 edition1,and a 340 bhp mk2 golf with a 20vt ihi turbo,plus other golfs
i had a ren5 gordini 5(pma147y)and 2 ren5 phase1`s in the 80`s.plus 5 years ago i had a williams clio 2 and a couple of r19 16v`s.now im back in the rennie turbo fold,and ive plenty of ideas for the tungy,my r5 has a (rennie 11)group a carb,ktr group a head gasket,ktr group a dump valve,pace intercooler,samco`s,bleed valve and a scorpion st exaust with 4" tail pipe.running a 18 psi.
15" 5 spoke alloys
lowered suspension
mint interior
body wise car is mint.
im a alloy fabricator so im looking 4ward to making alloy bits for it,i make bits on the vw scene for the dubbers.
ive had my hand in many of the watercooled vw`s on the show scene for the past years making the bits.
plenty of mods to come and i will post my work on here.

Anyway this is an imense place to be for all things Renault turbo.:)cheers for the warm welcome.i got told it was a grp A carb when i bought the carb and it was off a renault 11 turbo,ive compaired it with my std gt carb and the bore is larger and the jets are bigger.it also has had the choke removed.
