rear under light trims

ive been meaning to get my rear under light trims fitted properly for agers. as the look a right mess cable tied to the inside as they always come loose.

so i dont suppouse anyone would be able to help me out with the part numbers for the parts i need to fit them correctley.

You have the trim, you have a clip and you have a bolt and that is it.

ive lost the clips and bolts. and there looks like there is some sort of little cage thing that helps it to stay on the rear arch to me?
