dont use that new turbo, just leave it off the car on the mantlepiece looking shiny! only took 6 months or so for mine to rust to hell :(
looks cracking mate.. but.... them wheels deserve some love.. get them split and powdercoat them centres,. then give the lips some super wet sanding / polishing action.
well after the guy who was ment to be buying it turned out to be chatting brezze i thought id strip the shocks down, and treat it to some new ones, not bad for £35 the pair of flee bay, im not fitting coilovers as its not a track car, and 60mm springs will do nicely...

once aprt, i cleaned up all the parts to find one of the top hats cracked, sp wipped the welder out and gave it a blast, should do the job

next job is going to be to repaint the centres of the wheels a diffrent colour, no sure what yet!!!

init, im to tight to buy new strut tops , so weld the old ones up will do:agree::laugh:
got a bit more done today, got a set of 60mm apex springs for a whopping £10 to replace these cut down kings:laugh: ...

and below is the replacment, only cost a fiver, had to welsd a bit in to make it fit, but looks a millon times better imo..

tommrow ill fit it all back up, and may start on the painting of the wheel centres..
got a few extra bits for the rot box, new wheel bolts to replace the four locking wheel bolts on each wheel :laugh:

and because the wheel are drilled ll the way threw from the hubs it was impossible to get the right caps for them, so i settled for these 7 quid ebay audi rs4 one, will do the job...

well after a bit of faffing around with the dropping door problem, i went down renault and brought a new kit for £40, not bad, and its sorted the drop problem..
