Engine, gearbox etc, FREE!!!

I've got a engine, gearbox, drive sharfs pipes etc plus various other engine related parts that are surplus, I'm giving these away for free, collection only due to size and weight!

Engine a non runner, was like this when I brought the car, head gasket blown by the looks of things. Gearbox I'm told is solid but can't comment as never driven the car due to engine fault. I've got a box fill with other random parts from the engine bay that I don't need that will go with it.

Not looking for any money, happily give the lot away to anyone who can come collect in hope these parts will save another 5 from being scraped and or keep more on the road.

It ready to be lifted out. :agree: Only reason not done that yet is due to space. :laugh:

Do you have something to lift it out with??

You an hour and a half away, so that's no problem, just got to see about a van/large dirty car ;)

I'm just waiting to hear back from a mate to see if I can borrow a hoist to take it out this weekend, failing that, il hire one locally to get it out as ideally I want to remove this in one lump with the gearbox and main shaft still in tack. Everything now undone apart from the mounts. :agree:

Looks like Penfold having it then, I've got standard exhaust down pipe, turbo elbow and stainless system to with a 3 inch tail pipe, think its a 2 inch dia pipe work the rest, bit flat in the first bend, you can have those to if ya want. :laugh: along with alternator, starter motor, water tank, breather pot, de gassing pot, aload of hoses, driveshafts and ignition leads. :agree:

Might Aswell make a GTT as nobody wants it as a 16v...

Nothing been confirmed sadly :(

Sadly i am going to pull out of this fantastic deal, i am currently in hospital awaiting to have my appendix removed. Doctors gave told me i will not be driving or doing any heavy lifting for 4-6 weeks minimum.
