Race hut 7th march slough

I'm looking to organise a race hut night in slough on Thursday the 7th march at 8pm.
Myself and Logg have just been down to check out the venue and its very nice and well equipped. There are 16 simulators all with their own seat and screen. The staff are friendly and we will have the room to ourselves, it is also equipped with a small bar and a snack area.
Plenty of parking for everyone and its easy to get to being on the bath road A4.

We will be doing a 90 minute session with a practice/qualifying session followed by 2 races at a track of our choice in a car of our choice. We did brands hatch in a skoda touring car and a Porsche gt3 but we will go with the touring car as the Porsche is difficult to learn.
There will be a prize giving at the end and its won on a points system.

I will need a minimum of 10 people to secure the venue, then if there are any spaces left you can pay and play on the night but I think all 16 will fill up.
I will need £20 paid to me ASAP if your interested and you pay the fees on paypal.
Cash is fine but I need it by the end of next week or you loose your place.

Please post your name on the list below so I can get the ball rolling. This is also open to non members hence why I feel all 16 places will go but I shall ask here first

Get your names down and once we get a decent amount of numbers I will chase you for payment. It's £20 so not going to break the bank for a night out.

The date is now confirmed but will only be secured once I pay for the first 10. Cash, paypal or bank transfer is fine. Ideally I want the cash ASAP so please don't leave it hanging otherwise we may loose the slot and I'm not prepared to try and find another if this fails.

We're all booked and paid up guys. Probably going to do brands hatch as most know or know of the circuit and its small enough so we won't be too spread out. I've not chosen the cars yet so a group argument can sort that out on Thursday.
I don't mind what we use as long as its my choice :wasntme:

Try to get there 15 mins early guys and parking is free and plenty full. Snacks and drinks are available in house but no dinners.

It likely that charlotte may not be able to make it, so there could be an empty space if anybody was interested in going... I will know for sure just after lunch.

i wish i wasn't working late shift, i'd loved to have gone to this, it looks great fun.

Had a great night, well worth the 180mile round trip!

Thanks to Marc for sorting this out, was nice to see a some new and old members.

Downside for me was the fact Charlotte beat me and some nasty police camera taking a pic of me driving on the way home.

Glad it was a success, it seems everybody had fun!

I will do another one next month. Same format as before and again its open to anyone so bring a friend or Phil if needed.
I appreciate a few of you came a long way so may not be able to do it to often but we would love it if you could come again.
I will get a provisional date and get the ball rolling on a new thread. Payment in advance will be needed to secure a place. It's only £20 :)
