One of our vintage cars has been stood for 6 years, we charged the battery last night.
Then today we wound it over on the hand crank to make sure the clutch was free, then this happened....:smokin:

What year is the truck mate?
Our car is 1924 'Bullnose' Morris, we also have a 1929 Oxford '6', its bloody huge! I absolutely love driving these things, dyno-start, magneto, double de-clutch etc.
Also, this is the era when the throttle pedal is between the clutch and brake pedals:laugh:
Its 1953 its great you dont have steps to get in you have to climb on wheel rim and you have to ratchet the handbrake up lol pedals a rite way round you got double clutch its AEC mustang its had 2000 man hours and it aint finished yet we had to make everything whats your car?
Sorry, I edited my last post, but its a 'Bullnose' Morris Oxford.
Years ago we had an AEC 'Matador', we could register it as a mobile winch, that meant we could drive it with a car license (it was 8 1/2 tons!), we also used to run a GMC 'DUKW' we used to take them to military shows when I was a kid.
At the moment, Vintage-wise we have the 3 Morris's (one is in bits, an ultra rare 1927 '3/4' doctors coupe) and my 1939 BSA military prototype C11, only 6 of these where built for the british army as parachute bikes, but were deemed too heavy, so they adopted the American 'Welbike' paraskooter, the C11 was later built as a road bike and the welbike became the 'Corgi' road bike.....Phuck I'm boring!!!:D
The other stuff we have are classics I suppose....1954 Ford "Pop", 1967 Sloping headlamp Beetle and same year Sunbeam Alpine.
Never sad mate! Its our heritage!! :smokin:
I'd rather play with these old crocks than watch "poofball".
Thats true so what do your companey actually do then day to day
As little as possible...?
I build/maintain race cars, make parts, road car servicing, trackside support......
Coderedmotorsports is on face book and also have a webpage, if you are bored one night take a looksie.;)

what sort of power is the bdh engine std and modified?
Off the top of my head I can't remember... I do remember the BDJ 1100cc was roughly around 150 bhp in standard form, so I'm guessing 180-ish??
Tuned from? how deep are your pockets??:crap:
