Hello mate! Any other pics or details about your 5?
Cool. Good oil pressure! :)
Welcome along.
Welcome. There seems to be a few GTT's popping up in the USA :agree:
Welcome to the club Antonio. let's see dome pics.;)
Welcome to the club mate, can't be that many 5's over there. It must look small in the car park.

Thanks guys
Not sure how many GTT in the USA but never come across one, mine might be the only one.
I order some OEM wheels for it , they have arrived and I will installed them very soon, I also got the OEM look stickers for the sides
Also the interiors are a little tired , but I think I can save the middle part of the seat fabric and just replace the side parts of the front seats, another summer project
The car runs great , the gearbox is shorter that the OEM car , fun to play with it but kind of sucks when doing long travel I think runs 75 mph at 4.5K rpm something like that
I just did a major tune up on it and its ready for summer.
Some pictures of the car
What do people think and say about the little french rot box over there. Nowadays it even seems tiny compared to the more modern cars in the UK let alone those in the US.
Nice , clean looking 5. Must look absolutely tiny by American standards! Bet it turns a few heads!
Welcome, there cant be that many I am guessing in the USA, seems that the Renault 5 Turbo / Turbo 2 was more popular as they do appear up for sale every now and then. Have you owned the vehicle long? Any reason with the shorter box or was this the only one available when the previous one went wrong??
Welcome to the club! :agree:
You must get so many looks over there. Also it must look the same size as a motor bike compared to the size of your usual American car.'s.

I get a lot of turn heads
Amazing how many people follows me and wants to chat about the car. Had a few that lived in UK mostly military people and they know well the GTT and the 205 GTI
Funny thing I just meet a guy that come from Germany and he is station in Virginia he got a 205GTI we supposed to meet up soon , will be nice to get some pictures of the cars together.
I aways loved the R5 GTT , I would prefer to have a 100% original car would make the car much better drover for longer trips. But in the back roads the set up works just like a freaking karting, its very well plated and easy to drive it hard
Car was full restore in France back in 2007, I was able to find the person that put the car together and he send me some pictures
this was my car in france after the restoration
Red 5s are proper sexy. Proper saucy, naughty little minx look when in that red. Is it weird to describe a car as sexy?
Sex on wheels are red 5s.

Hello
I have another project coming , it come down to sell the Gtt turbo
48H after posting the car for sale my email got a lot of emails , some from Canada and as far as Guatemala
Car is sold but will stay in USA , was sold to Jeff Lane , he owns a really nice collection of Renaults
Car will be driven once a year but cool think about it , I HAD THE FIRST ONE and will represent the GTT in USA for many years!
The price was 11K dollares I think it set a great price for a GTT in USA, anything over that will have to be 100% OEM and with history
Car looks really nice with OEM wheels and Oem looking decals , very little almost no rust and all almost all sorted out made it sell very quick. I love it for the last 2 years I own it only thing I did not like it was the fact car has a gear box from the clio , much shorter besides that great little car

Best of luck with the new project.
I hope you will point Jeff in the direction of RTOC. :agree:
